Many people come to this practice feeling stretched thin, physically, mentally and emotionally exhausted, and disconnected from themselves and their loved ones.

  • You wake up already feeling behind, replaying conversations, deadlines, or responsibilities before the day even starts.

  • You try to slow down or relax, but your mind won’t cooperate. Sitting still feels uncomfortable or unproductive.

  • Stress shows up subtly: shorter patience, difficulty focusing, and feeling disconnected from moments that should feel meaningful.

How the Program is Structured

Total Value: $700

Participation Fee: $350 Today

This includes:

  • Formal and informal meditation instruction and Practice

  • Breath work training

  • Instruction and practice on relieving held stress in the body

  • Teachings and practice on how to manage unpleasant emotions mindfully

  • Teachings on mindful self-compassion and accompanying meditations

  • Eight 75 minute sessions weekly

  • Class recordings, guided meditations and other supportive materials given after every class

  • 3 hour virtual retreat.
