You wake up already feeling behind, replaying conversations, deadlines, or responsibilities before the day even starts.
You try to slow down or relax, but your mind won’t cooperate. Sitting still feels uncomfortable or unproductive.
Stress shows up subtly: shorter patience, difficulty focusing, and feeling disconnected from moments that should feel meaningful.

"This class is a must for anyone struggling with stress, anxiety, or feeling like they’re always under pressure to do too much. The class time itself is a gift."
- Susan K. (California Student)

My personal journey with stress and burnout led me to Mindfulness-BasedStress Reduction 14 years ago. Through these practices, I overcame insomnia and hypertension, along with various stress-related challenges. Since then, I have studied with leading teachers in the field, including Jon Kabat-Zinn, Bob Stahl, Tara Brach, James Baraz, and Kristin Neff. For the past eight years, I have dedicated myself to teaching and sharing these valuable tools and practices.
I hold a Master’s in Spiritual Psychology from the University of Santa Monica and am a graduate of the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Professional Teacher Training Program (A.R.T.Mindful Programs), The Practicum in Mind-Body Medicine through the University of Massachusetts Center for Mindfulness, and the year-long Applied Compassion Training at Stanford University.
