A One-Hour Guided Experience
These sessions use components of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) to cultivate wellbeing. Come as you are to our online community for support and teachings.

Participation Fee: $15
This includes:
Arrive & Settle: A few minutes to arrive and sit comfortably.
Guided Meditation (15–20 min): Cultivate mindful awareness and present-moment focus.
Mindful Movement: Includes "body work tools" like yoga and self-massage to connect with the body and release tension.
Group Reflection (10–15 min): A space to share experiences, ask questions, and learn how to apply mindfulness to daily life.
